My Review of Jeff Anderson’s Optimum Anabolics Bodybuilding Workout

As you know, I used to spend 6 or 7 hours at the gym each week, and I was working out hard, and trying to get the body I wanted.

And that was when I started searching on the internet to find the bodybuilding ebooks that woudl give results.

And out of all of them, it was Jeff Anderson’s “Optimum Anabolics” bodybuilding program that gave me the most results:

What results can I expect using optimum anabolics, you may ask?

The reason why Jeff’s program has a prime place in my review page is that when I was gaining results with the other program, I eventually hit a limit.

I recommend Shawn LeBrun’s workout for beginners, and it was the first successful program I tried.

But if you have done some bodybuilding, and you seem to have hit a limit, then this program by Jeff Anderson is definitely for you.

What results did you get with the optimum anabolics program, you're saying? It didn’t take weeks to notice the first changes either. I noticed my muscles responding within first 10 days and yes, you break through your plateaus so you grow more muscle.

I am particularly impressed by this ebook, because as a result of it:

1. I no longer have to spend 6 to 7 hours at the gym.

My time at the gym halved, and I was seeing (literally seeing) results.

In fact, the time I spent at the gym with Jeff’s workout program, was about 2 and a half, to 3 hours a week.

I was gaining good muscle within the first week, and I was using a fat monitor scale to confirm this.

But I didn’t need it really as I could tell the difference just by looking in the mirror. Yep, I was pretty pleased (and bit surprised actually) by this.

2. Jeff's system uses "supersets" to stimulate your muscles to grow.

But it’s not the same way supersets are normally done.

These supersets are done in such a way that it “prefatigues” the bigger muscle groups that need more work, before working out the entire group of muscles.

And when you do this, you're using what’s called “active recovery” to stimulate the muscle to grow even faster.

Doing supersets this way makes your muscle grow – and you can tell.

I also found that the repetitions that he suggests in his program are much more sensible than the other programs I’ve tried, and also gives the best “pump”. You’ll find out why this is causes muscle growth. My favorite part is the 10-14 reps in the middle set.

But don’t worry about these words. It’s easy to understand, especially the way Jeff explains it.

The bottom line is, that when I started using these supersets, my muscle just started building.

3. What I was also impressed by, was the fact that the workout actually changes in intensity (sets and reps) in a specific way that natural bodybuilders are taking advantage of everyday, (that most guys don't know about) that makes your muscles grow much more than they've done before.

It's to do with the fact that your workout has to vary is such a way that stimulates your body to produce the hormones that build more muscle, rather than reaching a limit.

When I experienced these changes in the workout over the week, I could see that my muscles were responding to the different stimulation, just like Jeff said.

And yep, it was great.

Why? Because I could see that my results got even better as the weeks went on - such a difference when compared to many other programs who just don't know (or aren't telling you) about this principle that natural bodybuilders in the know are using all the time.

Who should get this ebook?

I’d say that Jeff’s workout is for everyone who wants to gain muscle, and get results with their workouts, without wasting hours and hours at the gym.

If you want to build muscle and break through your limits or plateaus, then Jeff's program is for you.

As I said, I've tried everything, and Jeff's program just works, and you just get over your limits to building muscle.

Any weaknesses?

Well, the only weakness I found in the program is that there aren’t many pictures of the workout exercises themselves. So if you’re really new to training, you’ll need to do a search for some videos or pictures on the net.

Having said this, Jeff does describe in detail the way to properly do all the moves in his program. So you’ll know how to do the moves to get the best muscle pump just by reading it anyway.

I found it easy to follow, so it was not an issue for me anyway.

Overall, this ebook is excellent value for money.

As I said, I noticed changes within a week. And over the entire 24 week program, the improvements just came on more and more.

Now, I only go to the gym 3 hours a week (compared to the 7 to 10 hours I did before) and my body is looking the best it’s ever been.

So my advice is, if you want to get huge results with your training or break through any limits to your muscle gain, then get Jeff's ebook and get started.

This program will pay for itself many times over in the time you save as well as the hundreds of dollars in supplments that you'll simply not need once you see that you're getting results without taking anything.

The fact that it saved me so much time, as well as money (no more relying on supplements) as well as breakting though your limits in building muscle, that I'd recommend Jeff's program to anyone who wants to build muscle, and to get the body they want.
