Shawn's Get Huge And Shredded was the first bodybuilding workout I tried.

After the 12 week program, I had gained muscle as well as lost fat and when I added it all up, I confimed that I did this by spending no more than 3 hours at the gym per week.

So this program gives the results it promises, and your body is transformed in 12 weeks.

See, before I couldn't pack on muscle anywhere, and I was spending more than double this time at the gym.

But it doesn't take 12 weeks to see results.I noticed a change within the first 2 weeks, that I gained muscle on my chest, shoulders, arms and back especially.

These are the areas where other people first notice when they see you.

And it was great because over the 12 weeks I saw more and more gains, and it was such a relief because I knew I didn't have to spend 6-7 hours at the gym each week to do it.

What 's the secret to why Shawn Le Brun's "Get Huge & Shredded" program works?

Well it's because of:

1. The workout is very effective.

There are 3 sets, a warm-up set, a moderate set and a real working set. I found that the way the 2nd and final set challenges your muscles is very good. The fact that the workout is set up in such a way that each muscle group is stimulated about once every week, plus the fact that the specific exercises for each muslce group slightly changes each time, are real important.

2. The dietary advice you get works.

With this ebook, it was the first time that I understood how much protein I needed to take each day, either by the best food sources or by whey protein powder, and how to calculate this.

But also, I followed his advice on how to structure my meals in terms of what to eat, and also how often and when to eat.

This itself has made a big difference to how I felt during the day and has helped me to both gain muslce and lose fat at the same time.

I felt I was eating at the right times and the right amounts, and this helped me to feel stable and just right throughout the day.

3. The bonuses in this program are helpful.

With Shawn's program, you get action video demos of all the different exercises in the program (whcih is important if you’re a beginner, or if who don’t know what a bent over row means).

You also get a nutrition database to check out the foods you eat (to confirm which foods to keep and which ones to avoid), a "killer abs" manual (for you if you want a really super 6 pack), and an entire year of his newsletter.

These were really invaluable.

Any disadvantages to this program? The only one I could find was that the program is 12 weeks long. Which means you either repeat the program, which is fine as the actual exercises for each muscle group changes over the weeks anyway, or you have to make your own adjustments to suit yourself..

If I can, I like to have programs that last 24 weeks. But then again other people prefer 12 weeks programs because they can repeat them and get to know it better. Just a personal preference.

Overall, Shawn's program is excellent value for money.

I went from spending 6 - 7 hours every week at the gym and getting nowhere, to gaining more muscle than I have ever done, in just 12 weeks. It's that quick.

So my advice is that if you're not getting huge results with your training, then get Shawn's book and get started.

This ebook will pay for itself in the time that you save at the gym as well as the hundreds of dollars of supplements you'll simply drop once you see how much muscle you can put on without taking anything, apart from a little whey protein powder a day which is optional.

The fact that it saved me so much time, as well as money (no more relying on supplements) that I'd recommend Shawn's program to anyone.
